All Natural Specialty Berkshire Pork
Berkshire Pork, also known as Kurobuta is the highest quality of pork available. The Berkshire Breed of pig consistently yields gourmet pork that is superior in taste and eating quality. Berkshire pigs are a bred to have a slightly higher pH than normal, which in turn makes their meat darker, firmer, and more flavorful. In fact, a high pH can be even more important than fat in determining flavor. Eating Berkshire pork means you benefit from pork that has a healthier blend of fats, higher levels of oleic acids, and a product untainted by artificial additives. In addition, our pork is raised without hormones, nor antibiotics, is fed high quality grains, fruits, vegetables and clean well water daily. USDA butchered. Please call for availability.

Cage-free Chicken
We love our delicious cage free chickens and you will too. We raise in small lots so our chickens can enjoy a life outdoors, scratching at the grass in our "chicken tractors" that are moved to fresh grass daily. In addition to natural pecking in the earth, they are fed high-quality grains and fresh well water. And, as always, no antibiotics nor hormones are used in the production of our chicken.

Cage-free Quail Eggs
Quail eggs are a finger-food delicacy only served in the finest restaurants. A benefit of quail eggs is that they pack a lot of nutrition into their tiny package. According to the USDA, when compared per equal units to chicken eggs, they are higher in iron, B12 and folate than chicken eggs and higher in protein and phosphorus. They are also higher in fat because of the larger ratio of yolk to white, but most of the fat is monounsaturated (good fat).* Our Quail enjoy a cage-free life and are fed high quality feed, fruit and fresh well water daily.
